As a part of this cause the 2nd Sales Motivational Workshop was organised a day before the festival of Makarsankaranti, on 13th January 2013.

“Let’s Fly Like a Kite”, a topic itself suggest to do our business with freedom to reach the sky - Success. The mentor at the workshop was Mr. Aslam Charaniya, Gujarat’s well known motivator had discussed innovative ideas on customer centric organisation in 21st century. About 100 Sales Executives of Dharmanandan Diamonds throughout the country have actively participated to ignite their mind on the way of success.

On behalf of Top Management, Mr. Hitesh Patel, Managing Director had inaugurated the workshop & Mr. Piyush Patel, Director –Marketing & Sales, was present to motivate the staff. Mr. Hitesh Patel has welcomed all with his views on making the organisation customer centric.

Mr. Vipul Sutariya, Director, concluded the workshop by appreciating Mr. Aslam Charaniya for sharing his knowledge on the topic. In addition to that he ensured his active participation in developing the best value zone for the company.
