Understanding this, Dharmanandan Diamonds had organized its fourth annual Motivational Workshop; “Winning Wings” at Indian Diamond Institute, City Centre, Vesu, Surat on 3rd January 2014.

As Dharmanandan Parivaar always states “Coming together is progress and working together is success forever”, over 125 young executives of the company across the globe enthusiastically came together under one roof to be a part of this seminar presented by renowned motivational speaker; Jay Vasavada followed by inspiring speech by the Chairman, Mr. Laljibhai Patel to visualize the path to success.

Mr. Vasavada named his seminar “Thoda Magic Thoda Logic” aptly articulating that today sales personnel of any organization must break stereotypes and need to make unconventional strategies to improve the marketing & client services.

On the other hand, Mr. Hitesh Patel, the M.D. of the company appealed the young workforce not only to be successful in their occupation but also look after their health & spare some time for themselves and their family.
