Area Sales Manager – Point of Care

Individual Contributor Role
Location: Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, and Cochin

Purpose: As an individual contributor drive growth and profitability by promoting a new point of care, diagnostic solutions to HCPs /channel partners /intensivists, and diagnostic laboratory.
Prior experience: Proven experience in launching products in critical care therapy areas or in diagnostics, with a high preference for those with critical illness devices. Experience in working with Critical care doctors, e.g., ICU/ER is highly preferred. Should have excellent relationships with KOLs, outstanding communication skills(both verbal and written).
Prior experience: Proven experience in launching products in specialty therapy areas or the diagnostics industry
Proven experience in sales and having excellent relationships with KOLs Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable in using sales force automation and reporting tools
Qualifications: Graduate/ Postgraduate – Biotechnology, Science, with MBA (Highly preferred)
Years of experience: 2+ years of diagnostics, point of care (POC), lab, or pharma experience  (Critical / Hospital Care or Cardio-Metabolic Segment)

Application Specialist  – Point of Care

Individual Contributor Role
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad

Purpose: As an individual contributor responsible for enabling sales and providing customer support, including training customers on technical specifications, installation, use of Rivaara diagnostics equipment, and troubleshooting. Performs evaluations and validation studies for both current and potential customers. Pre-sales and post-sales support for the sales team in terms of technical information, competitive information, and technical discussions with the prospects. Conduct CME s and participate in marketing promotion campaigns organized by the marketing team. Ready to travels across assigned territory to manage accounts and provide prompt application support to clients.
Prior experience: Proven experience in diagnostic field application support.
Qualifications: BSc. in Science or B.Sc. in MLT or DMLT Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist.
Years of experience: 3 years as a field application specialist in IVD industry

Regional Sales Manager – Critical Illness 

Location:  Cochin

Purpose: This is a First Line Manager (FLM) opportunity to lead a team of Area Sales Managers in a highly growth-oriented and scientific environment. The leader will be responsible for promoting high-end molecular diagnostic tests to HCPs across Kerala and Tamil Nadu (except Chennai).

Qualifications: Graduate/ Postgraduate Biotechnology, MBA preferred

Years of experience: 3-4 years as an individual contributor and 3-4 years as a sales leader, with the majority in super-specialty therapy areas, viz.- Critical illness.

Experience :

  • Proven experience in launching products in specialty therapy areas, selling proprietary products,
  • Should have exposure to managing key accounts
  • Excellent leadership skills, belief in mentoring and developing teams
  • Proven experience in sales management, team management, and managing relationships with key clients
  • Outstanding communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Savvy with sales reporting platform and sales data analytics
